Somewhere steady to build a future.

Flourish Accommodation provides supported accommodation for care leavers aged 16–25 across local authorities — a safe, stable base and structured support for young people moving from care into independent adult life.

Our Story

Flourish Accommodation was set up to close a real gap: too many young people leave the care system at 18 with nowhere stable to go, and too few supported accommodation places exist that are genuinely well run.

We're building a small, high-quality service rather than trying to scale fast — getting the first home right, building trust with local authorities and the professionals who refer into our service, and growing from a track record rather than a pitch deck.

We're a two-director partnership, bringing together school-based education management and specialist SEN experience — two different angles on the same job: helping young people who've had a difficult start build a stable, independent future.

Who We Support

Our service is designed around care leavers aged 16–25 who are ready for a supported, semi-independent setting rather than full residential care.

  • Care leavers aged 16–25 transitioning from local authority care
  • Young people who need a stable base while building independence
  • Referrals via local authority leaving care pathways
  • Young people wanting support with tenancy, budgeting and daily living skills
  • Those working towards education, training or employment
  • Young people who benefit from a supported, not fully residential, level of care

Our Approach

Four things we build every part of the service around.

01

A Stable Home

A safe, well-maintained base — not just a placement, somewhere to actually live.

02

Life Skills

Budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and the practical groundwork independence is built on.

03

Wellbeing

Trauma-informed, relationship-based support that treats each young person as an individual, not a case number.

04

Moving On

A clear pathway toward education, training, employment, and eventually full independence.
